Maybe the GTA IV pc servers are down, cause u can enter the Rockstar Social Club from LA Noire and Max Payne 3, for example (all PC games, of course)… so every1 here still play gta IV ? You have to bypass the Rockstar Social Club login page by navigating to a file and disabling it. Restart the game and it should load. Hope this helps!!
