Is a Benelli M4 worth the money?
The Benelli M4 is an awesome shotgun. However, it’s a little too pricey and we think it falls short when compared to similar shotguns. An Italian tactical semi-auto shotgun? You can’t get enough shells in the gun to compete with other shotguns and you can’t increase the capacity on your own.

Is Benelli M4 good for home defense?
When it comes to home defense, you want only the best shotgun for the job. The Benelli M4 Tactical Shotgun is exactly that, and you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better option in any other shotgun. However, the M4 is by far the most rugged shotgun available, and you get added durability in that extra weight.
How reliable is Benelli M4?
For me and multiple thousands of rounds of birdshot, the M4 is perhaps the most reliable gun I’ve ever run. The big grip is fantastic, and the controls are solid. The foregrip it comes with is so-so but is an easy replacement for something bigger.
Are Benelli M4 legal?
In short, federal law prohibits us from increasing the magazine capacity on our Benelli M4 shotguns from 5 rounds to any more than 5 rounds. The law also prohibits us from adding a collapsible stock. However, there is a way around this, as stated above and as defined by federal law and the ATF.
