Just a tint more violet, definitely a more beautiful color. Whenever i’m around a car with 4300k i think they have halogens compared to the color of mine. I would never go back to 4300k just for the color difference. I suppose the 4300k gives more ‘light’ but if that’s not your main priority, go with 6000k.
