How does the East Bay Rowing Club work?
Each 5-day session is for students entering grades 8-12 from all Bay Area schools. Novice rowers will learn and practice the rowing stroke and boat handling. On-the-water practice is first in our (very stable) training barge, then rowers will progress to rowing in racing shells on the Oakland Estuary.
