Who qualifies for ACS? In the United States,the following personnel are eligible for ACS assistance: All active duty and retired military personnel and their family members, if otherwise eligible for services.
Can I get my masters in the army?
While serving, most of the military branches offer TA to their members. By taking full advantage of this benefit, military members can earn a four-year degree while on active duty, thus preserving more of their GI Bill benefits to fund a graduate degree.

Are there Army DACM funds for ACS certification?
The Army DACM provides limited funding for travel related to defense-specific research and thesis topics. Additionally, based on availability of funds, the Army DACM provides funding for defense-related certifications. Contact the ACS program manager at your school or at the Army DACM office for more information.
Where is the EFMP office at Fort Knox?
For EFMP initial screening, enrollment, updates, and overseas screenings, contact the Fort Knox MTF EFMP at 502-624-6211. This office is located in the Margetis facility, building 6289 on Claiborne Street. For resources, advocacy, support groups, and local and state information, contact ACS EFMP at 502-624-4067.
Who are the exceptional family members at ACS?
ACS EFMP is located on Eisenhower Ave in building 1477. An Exceptional Family Member is a Family member with any physical, emotional, developmental, or intellectual disorder that requires special treatment, therapy, education, training, or counseling more than once per year, and meets the eligibility criteria.
