What cleaner can you use on COREtec flooring?

How do you clean COREtec stone floors?

  1. Dry mop floor to remove any construction dust or exterior soil tracked onto the flooring.
  2. Spray neutral pH cleaner, such as Encore Hard Surface Cleaner onto the floor in manageable area (spray mist will dry quickly).

Can COREtec flooring be steam cleaned?

CoreTec advises against using vacuums that have rotating bearing bars because these may scratch the floor. You should also avoid using vacuums that have a wet-cleaning feature, and you should never use steam cleaners when cleaning a CoreTec floor. Steam mops can heat the adhesive that holds the planks in place.
