- Step One: Determine Your Current Cadence.
- Step Two: Run at this Cadence for One Week.
- Step Three: Increase your cadence to fall between 170-180 strides/minute.
- Step Four: Run to a Waltz Beat.
- Strides per minute.
- Step Five: Use Your New Cadence to Improve Your Form.
Does the listening program really work?
Overall, people who have done the program have been glad they at least gave it a try. Some children have improved processing speeds and overall attention. Some have emerged with new language and have met speech and language goals more quickly than they had in the past.
How much does the listening program cost?
The cost of the Integrated Listening Systems program depends on whether a practitioner runs the program at a clinic or you do it with your child at home. You can expect to pay about $120 per session at a clinic, and about $400 per month to do the supervised home program.
