4.0 out of 5 stars Ab Rocket does deliver results! I got ab rocket twister to tone my abdomen which is severely distended from Irritable bowel over decades (I am 50.) It works let me tell you. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars, some of the plastic parts broke off right after I started using it.
