32GB should work just fine. I have the 64, way way too much space. Get the 32. I had the same question, after seeking help at Apple, I purchaced the 32 Gb. Now, after useing my new ipad for several weeks, I regret not buying the 64 Gb. If you can afford a 32, you can afford a 64 Gb. good luck. I would personally think the 3G + 16GB best.
